Meet & Greet                         
An in-home interview or “Meet and Greet” is required for all new clients prior to our first scheduled visit. While we can tentatively pencil in your dates, we must meet you and your pets and assess your needs before we make a commitment to providing care for your pets.

During the “Meet and Greet” we will have the opportunity to meet you and interact with your pet(s). We will review forms, sign agreements, and do a quick walk through to learn where your pet's supplies are including food, medicine, leashes, walking area, etc. We like to allow enough time to make sure all questions are asked and answered so please set aside a minimum of one hour. We strongly suggest this interview take place close to the start of our services so meeting us will still be fresh in your pet’s memory.

**Please have 2 copies of your key made prior to our meeting as well as your pets most recent vet records to show they are up to date with vaccinations.

Payment
Payment for pet sitting is due prior to service in full.  Regular clients can choose to pay weekly or bi-weekly. Bae's Dog Walking excepts cash and checks. Make checks payble to Bae's Dog Walking LLC.  We are now offering a Paypal Invoice. We send a invoice to your e-mail and in  just one click away you can make your payment. There is a $5.00 charge for each Invoice transaction. This option is great for clients who use debt or credit cards.

Reservations
We recommend that you make a reservation at least a week in advance in order for us to guarantee care for your dog. To make reservations you can contact us via phone (504-909-PETS), or online. If you are a new client please take into account that an initial interview and key exchange must occur prior to the start of any services.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to dog walking service. You will be fully charged for services if you fail to cancel within the allotted time. Further, if we arrive at your home for dog walking and your dog is not available or if we are unable to gain access to your apartment during a scheduled walk, you will be fully charged for dog walking services. Weather Conditions
Incase of  bad weather a walk may be canceled or moved to a different time.  Walks may be cut short due to extreme heat and cold weather at the dogwalkers discretion. The aniamls health and safety always come first!
